Massive Stroke Cures Blindness

Oakham, Rutland, resident Malcolm Darby, age 70, has been blind since measles took his vision at age two. Sixty-eight years later, he suffered a massive stroke, after which he had a blood clot removed. During his Recovery, he realized he had regained nearly perfect vision, but can no longer speak French!
